SEWARD SEABIRD FESTIVAL CRUISE

Celebrate the arrival of Alaska’s seabirds at the second annual Seward Seabird Festival! Major Marine Tours will be hosting a special Seabird Festival bird watching cruise on Sunday, June 7th. Explore the best seabird viewing areas in Resurrection Bay and Kenai Fjords National Park on this exclusive 7.5 hour small vessel cruise.

Bird experts (including Alaska SeaLife Center bird researchers and Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge representatives) will be onboard to provide narration during the cruise and help identify the many species of seabirds that can be seen in the area. Depending on weather conditions, we will visit birding hot spots such as the Chiswell Islands, Cape Resurrection, Spire Cove, and the Northwestern Moraine.

FOOD & DRINK

An optional deli style lunch is available for an additional $16. Lunch includes a turkey sandwich, chips, apple, cheese, and dessert. Vegetarian/vegan option is available with advance notice.

Additional snacks will be available for purchase, along with a cash bar. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages, but we ask that you do not bring large coolers or glass containers.
