On September 1st, 2015, Major Marine Tours was honored to be chosen to host President Barack Obama on a cruise in Resurrection Bay. Three Major Marine Tours Captains were selected to captain the Viewfinder for the President and several White House staff members on a 3 hour cruise. The President was visiting Alaska to see first-hand the effects of climate change. Major Marine Tours was deeply honored to have been selected as the tour operator for the President and his staff.
